PRACTICE HOW YOU COMPETE... NECKS, HOCKS, HORNS!

• Loosen knot in honda, remove the left side the honda (which includes the stopper knot)
• Insert breakaway with stopper knot end first (in place of the part of the honda that was originally removed), re-tighten knot of honda
• Insert rope into the honda
• Close honda, by snapping left side of honda into the breakaway directly in front of stopped knot
